We purchased the Metro sectional 7 years ago and it looks the same as the day we brought it home. We have not experienced any issues with the cushions losing form. My husband used the chaise part of the sofa for years to watch his TV and it has not changed shape at all.
We have the Desmond charcoal fabric. The micro suede is perfect for families and very comfortable. The kids eat popcorn on it and there aren't any grease stains. I spilled red wine on it and water was all it took to clean it. We could not be happier with this sectional.
We are now looking at replacing the upstairs furniture with another R&B sofa. Modern is not our style, but we make if fit because of the quality, durability and customer service.

I was looking for a conversation couch for a couple of years. With the way my living room is shaped, I had to have a unique piece. I found this a year ago - This was it! It fits perfectly and the comfort and style has been excellent. It is used everyday and I couldn't be happier. My living room is comfort and joy everyday! It also goes great with the Shay chairs!
