Customer comments about Metro 88" Three-Cushion Sofa:
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this couch. After two separate visits and many hours in the store trying out all of the couches, we decided on this one for style, comfort, and fabric choices. It was hands down the most comfortable couch - perfect for lounging.
However, after having this for a few months now, I regret it buying it. The cushions wear easily and sink, so there is no support at all. It's very difficult to get out of it. Also, the feathers keep coming out of the cushions. Vacuuming it every week is still not enough. The features poke out of the cushions and stab you if you don't pull it out before sitting down or lying back. I have actually have sciatic nerve pains if I sit on this couch for too long due to the lack of support.
We have a kitchen table/chairs, and dining room table/chairs from r&b, which we love. I would not waste my money on this couch.

Customer comments about Metro 88" Two-Cushion Sofa:
We were looking for two sofas that would be placed facing each other. We chose the Metro because it was the most comfortable, relaxed feel. In our house, we have one tall person and a second very petite person so finding a sofa that worked for both was a challenge. The Metro was the one that we both liked the most.
When the sofas arrived they were much more firm than the one in the showroom, however after a few months of use they have now been broken in.

Customer comments about Metro 65" Two-Cushion Sofa:
I love this couch! We've had it about a month, and it's super comfortable. The fabric is great with a really nice hand--I'd seen it in person, just to be 100% sure, at a Room and Board store--and the tweed pattern hides the fact that our cats immediately liked scratching the sofas. Service from R&B has been impeccable throughout, from when I was in the store picking fabric samples (the team had infinite patience!), to when we ordered over the phone, to delivery (when we discovered I hadn't measure the length of my ceiling properly, they gave me recommendations for local crane services and wrapped the couch really well for storage), to their follow up after the delivery!

Customer comments about Metro 88" Three-Cushion Sofa:
I am on the sofa right now. I'm so relaxed. I'm 6'2 and can lounge on it really comfortably (got the 3 seater). I went to the Soho store and the associate, [@], was very kind and helpful. I was worried at first about other reviews. But I haven't seen any feathers and the cushions are really comfortable. It's soft, but not too soft. I am definitely spending more time on the sofa these days and I often think during the day about how nice it would be to just go home and be on my sofa.

Customer comments about Metro 88" Three-Cushion Sofa:
This sofa is poorly made-fabric is uncomfortable, feathers are constantly coming out, pillows are out of shape, and it is difficult to get off of after sitting! I love Room and Board but am wondering if all products are like this.

Customer comments about Metro 75" Two-Cushion Sofa:
The couch looks very sharp in the living room in the gunmetal color. It does not get dirty and the color can be used as a base with brown or grey accents. The pillows do lose shape after a few weeks, so keep fluffing!
Service and delivery comments:
My delivery service was excellent. We had to have some of the guys come out and measure for us because we have very steep staircases. They were very helpful and kind. The customer service at their delivery center is amazing.

Customer comments about Metro 88" Three-Cushion Sofa:
Super-comfy and long enough to stretch out fully (straight legs!) and take a nap on. Also great to spend the night on if you remove the back cushions to widen it. We get lots of visitors from out of town and wanted to get something large enough to function as a sofa-bed without being all squeaky and fidgety like real sofa-beds tend to be.
A note for apartment-dwellers: It's big. It takes up a lot of visual space in the room, so if you've inherited a lot of furniture or stuff from previous living arrangements, this is maybe not the way to go. We'd just moved from overseas and wanted a super awesome couch above all else, so we started with this and are building around it!
