We got the 54x18 glass top table for our casual family room, because we wanted a table that we could eat on when watching TV, but didn't take up much room physically and visually. It pretty much fits the bill, but would have liked it to be a couple inches wider. My only other complaint is that the glass top sits on little silicone tabs, and if you put your feet against it or lean on it, the glass moves and the silicone tabs move out of place (and the glass needs to be lifted and tabs re-aligned). Maybe better if the tabs were attached securely to the base, so that if the glass moves the tabs don't.

I like to put my feet on the top or edge of the glass top but the top is not attached to frame which allows it to move. R&B sent me stickier pads which helped but sticky plastic and gravity aren't enough to hold it in place. I will be replacing the top with other material that can be attached and is functional rather than just looks nice.

This is by far the most attractive accent table I've ever owned. for the price i doubt I could of done better. The design of the table is clearly the selling point, but I was also impressed with the quality and size for the price. It matches perfectly with my Townsend leather sofa and adds a nice modern touch to the room as a whole. Highly recommended!
