Reese Sectional, Calvin Dressers, Hudson Dressers, Coppenhagen bookcase etc....I can go on - I am so pleased with RB quality. Purchased a modern loft like condo - we wanted to start with a clean palate, Working with [@] the past several months has me saying - everyone should shop at RB! She has been incredibly patient as I made my selections - During same time our daughter moved to CA and - [@]was tapped to help decorate her new place - we have another RB fan in CA. Thank you [@]!!! and [@]and [@]for pitching in.So very happy that RB will be in our neck of the woods!!

What can I say? Delivery team are the BEST!!! Best testimony is when a front line person tells a customer - "I've been working for RB for over 5 years, one of the best companies to work for, great culture, employees count" - I just wish I can remember his name (delivered in Mtn View, CA) in March - he was working with another delivery person who recently joined 7 months ago from Boston. Both had wonderful comments about RB! Flipping to Boston - thank you [@] and his brother for moving all those furniture to 3 floors!!! Who has heard of delivery folks taking off their shoes!!!Huge thank you!!

Somehow, without losing shape, the cushions become softer and more comfortable over time. Sofa is the perfect size for two adults to lounge comfortably, without dominating the room as larger sectionals tend to do. We looked for 6 months for the right sofa, and waited another few months for the custom upholstery. Well worth it.

the couch is overall great but the buttons catch on every seam in your clothes and I know they're going to start ripping off soon. Also the sections, while attached, are not firmly enough attached and thus you have to be careful that they don't drift to an angle

I love this sofa. Fits beautifully in a smallish family room, but yet gives a real modern presence. My only complaint is that there are small gaps between the cushions. Not a real problem, but I do wish they were tighter. The proportions make it a good option for not-so-big people.

I love the low, period of look of this sofa and the firm, stable feel of the cushions. Everyone compliments it. Only con: The locking device to connect the sectional pieces seems a little likely to break--I'm not sure if that's a fault of the piece or of my furniture-moving abilities.

We couldn't be happier with our Reese purchase! After sitting on many sofas at R&B, we left the DC store thinking we wanted the Jasper, due to its comfort. However, we just loved the looks of the Reese so much more, and decided that we would forgoe the extra comfort in exchange for the style. We are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the Reese has really turned out to be. Even though it's firm, I still feel totally relaxed on it. The fabric feels like it's going to hold up for a long time, and after a recent small ice-cream drip, we found it cleaned up really easily. On a customer service note, we found Eileen L. at the DC store to be incredibly patient and hepful. Also, when the sofa due for delivery didn't pass quality control, and was therefore delayed for a week or two while a new one was built, R&B waived the delivery fee. The delivery guys were awesome, in and out in 15 minutes or so. One last thing - you can see we're cat owners. Our cat tried to scratch this a couple of times - we had a spray bottle at the ready, and she quickly learned she can sit on it but not scratch it. No problems since then.

We love this couch! It comfortably seats 6 people and fits beautifully in our living room. Our kids hang out on it and our accent pillows look beautiful. Great for company and conversation!

This couch looks great. It's large, but doesn't take up too much space. It's sleek. Looks fabulous in my living room with some colorful pillows for accents. It's comfortale and can seat a lot of people; the shape is very conducive for conversation! My kids find it comfortable to hang out on and do their homework.
