There was a very small space in our bedroom next to a large armoire, and we looked everywhere for a small desk that might work in the space. The smaller length is a perfect fit and utilizes the space well with a small shelf under the desk. The lines are elegant but the material is quite heavy and looks great. Love it!

On first use by my fifteen year old as his study desk, the table top was permanently scratched. Also, very difficult to clean up smudges from snacking at the desk.
The dark grey, flat spray coat (about 1mm thick) on this desk is MUCH less durable and maintainable than any wood or composite surface.
Finally, it's really too high for comfortable keyboard use.
Please note that we are extremely happy with several other furnishings we have purchased from R & B. Thank you very much R & B for accepting return of this desk and making it so painless.

This is a really great desk for small spaces. It doesn't take up much room physically or visually with its clean open design. I also love the shelf which is great for keeping my laptop when not in use and I also have a decorative storage box there with my important papers/bills etc. which maintains the desks' clean modern appearance. This is just a great desk giving high impact but taking up very little space and at such a low price!
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery could not have been better. They were right on time, very nice and took great care at bringing in my desk. The guys unwrapped the desk and put it where I wanted it and made sure I was happy with it the condition of the item before leaving - VERY professional. I was also called ahead of time and given my time window of delivery and receieved a follow-up call after my delivery to make sure it went well. I really appreciate the prompt, courteous delivery of my item, you will definitely see me again!

I use this desk in my studio apt. I like it's surface area, and it's design which feels very sleek and not bulky -- especially since I live in a small space. It can hold a lot in its shelf. The one drawback is that the finish rubs off slightly-- whether cleaning with any kind of polish or just a damp rag.

Great minimalist design that works perfectly for my in-home design business. Also ordered two matching etageres to hold files, printer, scanner and supplies. Sturdy, space-saving, good looking. The powder coating can rub off after repeated use such as the front edge where my wrists rest when using my computer keyboard. Despite that tiny negative, I am very happy with these products.
