This ottoman is used in front of my sofa in the living room and for storage of afghans that are used on chilly evenings. The bison brown leather is a great match for my dark brown leather sofa, and the 56" length is perfect in front of the 79" sofa with 3 seats. I love the quality of the leather and that it has casters so that it moves easily. As with all leather furniture, it is important to keep it out of the sun.

Great end of the bed bench for dual purposes: sitting,storage,place to put my work stuff at the end of the day. Really like how the lid opens and closes with in it's own footprint. No additional space required between the bed or wall for it to function. The leather is good qaulity and I was very happy to find it in pumpkin as I am a warm tone gal. The only con is that in order to open and close with in it's own footprint - you give up some inside space for the hardware.

I had to air out the 'new' smell for a few days but besides that it works great as a storage unit for extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc...yes, all at the same time. It's light and very easy to wheel around your home. My only complaint is that I couldn't lock the wheels so it wouldn't shift when you bump into it - but if you have it weighed down with things inside, it probably won't shift much.

I was very pleased with the storage bench. It is made very well, in America, the leather was perfect without a mark on it, and provides multiple uses as storage, extra seating, and good design. I live in an apartment, so space is a premium and what items I add need to enhance the space in look, design, and function.

The Tyler Storage Ottoman uses a pivot and bend mechanism inside that attaches the ottoman top to the ottoman base. Interior dimensions of the 56x20 storage ottoman is 48w x 16d x 9h, the 36x20 ottoman is 28w x 16d x9h, and the 36 square ottoman is 28w x 28d x 9h.
