This storage ottoman is an excellent bench for the end of a double bed with ample room for storage. The microsuede fabric is soft and durable. My only wish is that it were about 4" taller.

We put this storage bench at the foot of my master bedroom's queen size bed. Looks great and gives my large master a nice finishing touch. Not only does it look nice, it's practical. We store all of that bed's linens in it as well as some towels. The hinges on the bench are awesome. Closes softly. Very pleased!

The size, style, and construction of this ottoman is perfect for our needs. We live in a high-rise condo building and storage space is a premium in our small space. We were in luck that R&B stocks this ottoman in the color that we wanted so we didn't have to wait too long for it to be delivered. The #1 reason we bought this ottoman is becuase it has "wall-hugger" style hinges (this is not made clear on the R&B website). This style means that you can push the ottoman flush against a wall (or bed) and the hinges allow you to open the top without having to move the ottoman away from the wall. It is for this reason that we bought this ottoman, although we didn't know it had wall-hugger hinges until we saw it in person at the R&B store. We are very pleased with our purchase.

We looked for a long time for a storage bench with this much storage, but also tall enough to go well at the end of the bed without looking "squat." This one is perfect! Bonus that it's comfortable to sit on and wheels around easily for extra seating when entertaining.

Q:
Does the Tyler Storage Ottoman come with stationary feet, i.e. not the rolling casters? If not, do you have replacements available for purchase? We recently purchased the Tyler Storage Ottoman in the small size. While we really like the ottoman, we do no want the rolling casters, as it will damage our wood floors.
