Nothing negative to say. This is my second Herman Miller chair. i have had one of the larger chairs for almost 9 years and now my husband uses in his work office. I chose this smaller model for our new home office chair as it is just a bit smaller and fits the space better but performs wonderfully. I am 5'3" and my husband is 5'5" - perfect size.
