Customer comments about Nest Crib Bed:
We haven't used the crib yet (our son isn't due to arrive until January), but my husband and I like the style of the crib. We ordered the conversion rail right away, too. We ordered the furniture planning on it lasting a long time, and it seems like it's built to do just that!

Customer comments about Nest Crib Bed:
We chose this crib for our first baby and we can't wait to use it! It is very sturdy, the wood is beautiful and the mattress heights are perfect for infant to toddler. It was very hard to find a crib made in the USA with USA materials and it was very exciting to find this one. I am extremely happy with my purchase!
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was very prompt and the the crib was delivered in perfect condition. The delivery men set up the crib and were very careful with it, although my husband had to reverse a peice they installed upside down. Delivery was very courteous and helpful.

Customer comments about Nest Crib Bed:
This is an absolutely beautiful crib. I am so pleased with it. The photos online do not do the walnut justice. It is so pretty in person - you can really see all the wood grain. You can also tell that it's all walnut contruction - no veneers, etc - which was very important to me. It smells like a wood working shop. The delivery men were great. They were so nice and helpful and even talked excitedly about our new baby-to-be. I would highly recommend Room & Board and this crib to anyone.

Customer comments about Nest Crib Bed:
I am very happy and excited about the crib! It was presented to us as a gift by my generous boss who wanted to make sure that the baby had the very best crib (after doing a lot of research)! It's definitely a quality made crib that's sturdy and well-built. I love how it fills the room with the scent of fresh wood instead of toxic paint. :o)
The customer service has been fantastic as well~
I highly recommend this crib. The only negative comment I have is the high price tag, since it is more pricey than other cribs. However, it is made of solid maple~very beautiful.

Customer comments about Nest Crib Bed:
The crib is very solid. I expect it will last me for many years and many kids. I looked at a lot of cribs before deciding on this one and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The adjustable matress platform and available toddler rail are a huge plus.

Customer comments about Nest Crib Bed:
This is a gorgeous piece of furniture. I chose the cherry finish and was concerned it might be too pink/reddish, but the color is beautiful. The wood is smooth and beautifully finished. The corners on the top of the crib are slightly rounded, which I like--no sharp edges to run into. I really wanted a crib that was made only of solid wood and had no toxic finishes, particleboard, or veneer, and this crib is perfect. It has a lovely, subtle wood smell, like my grandfather's wood shop. Our baby has not come yet, so I can't speak to the durability of this crib, but it seems incredibly sturdy--I will be shocked if it doesn't stand up to years and years of use. I'm so glad I chose to invest in this crib. I love it!
Service and delivery comments:
After we set up a delivery date over the phone, we were given a 2-hour delivery window about 4 days beforehand. The delivery men arrived about 30 minutes into that timeframe, with a call 10 minutes before they arrived to tell us they were on their way. They were very courteous and efficient, and they had the crib set up in no time. Excellent service.

A:
It is possible to order a material card in solid walnut. On the Nest crib product page on the left-hand side, just below the product description, towards the bottom there is a link to "View and request material card". From there scroll through until you see swatch for solid walnut. You can then save the swatch and order your selected swatches via the "My Swatches" tab. http://www.roomandboard.com/rnb/swatchlist/list.do?tab=materialAnswered on 6/16/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board

Q:
what furniture options are available to go with the nest crib in walnut? or cherry?Asked on 5/11/2013 by kathleen engel from covington'la.1 answer
DESIGN ASSOCIATE
A:
The Sherwood collection works well with the Nest crib and is available in both cherry and walnut. Both collections have a similar classic style. In addition, the Calvin collection in the Pacific coast maple finish works well with the natural cherry Nest crib.Answered on 5/11/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board
