Customer comments about Mod 2097 Set/30 Chrome Pendant:

The chandelier arrived and after a fair amount of difficult putting it together two of the light bulb connections didn't work properly. Since we were dissatisfied and felt a[$] chandelier shouldn't have this ongoing difficulty R&B helped us order and have another delivered and they paid for the cost for an electrician to take down the origianl one and install the new one. Unfortunately, and much to our surprise, the second new chandelier has the same defect. At this point, we're living with the defect but not happy given the price point.

Is this fixture dimable. Thank you!

        A:

The Mod 2097 pendant is hard-wire installed into a ceiling outlet. The ability to dim your pendant would depend if the light switch has a dimmer.

    • Q:

I recently purchased this light from you and need to replace some bulbs. Do you sell them? If not, please provide specifications so I can locate. I realize they are 15 watts but they are a particular shape and I don't believe they are available at standard home improvement store.

      Thank You.

        A:

The bulb used on the 2097 pendant light is an E14 style bulb 15w. You can technically use any shape E14 bulb, the bulb shape this lamp comes with can be more commonly known as a appliance bulb. In most cases the brand, model, and type of bulb can be found on the threaded insert on the bulb itself. We would suggest removing one of the burnt-out bulbs and checking there first. Using the term "Incandescent 15w E14 bulb" or the brand and make from the bulb via your web search engine of choice, should result in online choices for bulb suppliers.
