The color of this blanket is perfect; it has a warm hue - but still manages to feel chic and modern. This blanket has a very rich texture and drape - which adds tremendously to our otherwise white sheet palette. Our kids wish the blanket was softer - but we love the warmth the blanket offers - and the hope of it being washable. We haven't washed it yet - but are hoping for good results. We have been looking for this color/quality for quite some time - and most are too orangey/cheap looking. This one is perfect. We give it 4 stars - as we'd hope for perhaps the impossible - a warm, wool, washable, textured, orange blanket in a super soft feel.

This blanket looks great and stands up very well to washing. It is a great lightweight layer for summer time and/or warmer climates. It has a bit of a scratchy feel to it, but I think that is a necessary evil in order for it to be washable. If your top priority is softness, you may want to go in another direction, but the look, weight, and durability are top notch.

I keep the blanket folded up at the foot of the bed as an accent piece. The size is great, doesn't look too skimpy and the texture and quality of the blanket look luxurious. It adds the most beautiful color to the mostly white room, so I only need a few other accessories to complete the look. It was worth the price to splurge on this item, glad I did.
