This is the perfect chair for lounging. Thought it would be too big for my space but I don't regret getting this vs the 32". The boyd round ottoman is the perfect companion piece. Only drawback is I noticed the wood has faded slightly even though I treated at the beginning of the season with a ipe specific wood oil. Not worried, though because I will treat it again next. I plan to buy the table and another chair for next season. If you're on the fence go ahead, take the leap, and purchase this chair!

We purchased 2 of these chairs for our outdoor patio. We're a family that needs low-maintenance furniture that will last a lifetime which makes this the perfect chair for us. Although it's described as a "chair", it's big enough for 2 people to snuggle in. We're a modern family that lives in a traditional home so this chair satisfies our modern design style while still fitting into the traditional environment.

We really like the comfort and look of this furniture. We use the lounge and chair at 90 degree angles to create a seating area in front of our outdoor fire pit. We have the tangerine cushions and the pop of color is excellent! Our only problem is that the metal has been oxidizing and looks like there are small orange spots on it. According to the literature, this shouldn't happen. The wood part of the furniture and cushions are exemplary.
