I purchased this pillow as an accent for a sofa. I intended to pair with a cowhide pillow I also got on this site, but that pillow didn't work so I changed the scheme entirely. However, this pillow is very nice and had I an alternative use for it, I would have kept it.

I was surprised when I opened the box and found that this pillow is only sheepskin on one side, with the obverse in a soft textile material. If this had been clearly indicated on the product page, I never would have ordered it. Now I have the unwelcome hassle of sending it back. Less than I would have expected from my favorite furniture store.

It really is a nice pillow; with one exception...the insert is like a rock! The price is low because of this, but really, who wants to rub up against a rock in sheep's clothing? I have replaced ours with a simple feather insert....ahh.... Room and Board should offer this pillow one way...with a feather insert. The price might be a bit higher, but the results are priceless.

How incredibly disappointing these sheepskin pillows are!!! The description states "ivory"; and, what we got were white with a "suspicious" yellow stain in a random pattern on both pillows. And, I don't think it's lanolin! This is our first and LAST purchase from Room and Board! Let the "buyer beware!"

Luita, a designer in the San Francisco store, helped me furnish my living room. I never would have thought to include this pillow, but she convinced me. To my great surprise she was 100% right - it looks wonderful. It provides a great "softness" to my more modern, stainless-steel furniture. Love it!

Beautiful sheepskin pillows for the price! The ivory color is not too yellow, which some sheepskin pillows have and make them look less luxurious. We'll see how they hold up with kids but so far we love the look and feel on our Holden sectional.
