I knew exactly what I wanted in a sectional, but couldn't find it in the market. I'd narrowed it down to 2 pieces that were almost what I wanted ... then the Hayes came out. It's perfect.
Service and delivery comments:
The fabric didn't travel well, the packing and stacking crushed the velvet in spots. Room & Board worked with me until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Awesome sectional that is very comfy. Makes for fun gatherings everyone is able to see each other when sitting on the sectional. I really love this sectional.
Service and delivery comments:
First sectional delivered had a minor flaw in the fabric. Had that one for a month while we waited for the replacement which was on backorder. Next sectional was the wrong orientation some how they got mixed up and delivered a sectional that was backwards for my replacement. So two months and I still don't have mine. I had the first one for a month before they came to replace it. Now I'm waiting ten days for my correct replacement.

Two people can stretch out and get real comfy whether lounging or watching movies. When visitors show up we move over and have plenty of room for three. . The Sofa looks very expensive , yet the price very reasonable and Ireally love that Granite Grey color!
