We combined this Hutton two cushion in the same fabric within a fairly large family room and together they look great. We love hosting family and friends now that we have so much room to sit and enjoy their company. The quality has been great and look forward to years of enjoyment. Now the fun begins hunting and creating great accent pillows to spice them up.

Apart from taking an excruciatingly painful 10 weeks to manufacture and deliver, the process was very simple and easy. The items arrived just as we had expected and the service was very professional and helpful.

Love the tailored design and fabric color and pattern. We bought the 98 inch sofa and the right back matching sofa and together they look stunning in our large open living room. PIllows and cushions are very stiff and truthfully if I sit long I am sore. Yet they are holding their shape which is what I want. Love the depth of the seat since it allows room for the boys to sit alongside and read together. Found some white fur pillows and some gold throw pillows that really set it off.

The color, texture and quality of the fabric are sumptuous. After a few weeks of regular use, the cushions have softened considerably, making the sofa even more inviting.

Service and delivery comments:

The sofa arrived with pen marks on a very visible area and I had to have it replaced. As a stand-alone incident this wouldn't be significant but every single item I ordered from Room and Board had some damage. It seemed that the distribution center or delivery team were responsible for this rather than being a result of manufacturing. The delivery team was rude, despite me tipping them well. It took weeks to get delivery once my items were in the local distribution center.

I Love this chaise. We bought both this and the sofa and use them as primary seating in our house they are so elegant and comfortable and far more stylish than a standard sectional sofa. I usually only buy original mid century pieces of furniture but allot of the sofas from that era are just not comfortable enough or big enough for a modern living space. This is a once in a life time purchase that will make the most of you being able to enjoy your living space to its best. ENJOY!!

I looked for months for a sofa in this color and design. I am very happy with the quality and style. [...]Just beware, if you have children or pets, the velvet material can get stained or scratched easily. But I since I have neither, I love it!

I wasn't even looking for a sofa when I saw this, and then I had to have it. Not only bought this but bought the loveseat and the Boden leather arm chair. They're gorgeous together. I love love love my living room which has lots of light and windows. These gave it just the right feel. I LOVE the single seat cushion on both pieces.

I was afraid my cat would like the feel of the velvet and decide to try scratching it, but he has had no interest in it, but he's a good boy generally.

These are beautiful, classic pieces. We bought both the right and left facing chaises in the stock color, 'Cloud,' (which is more like a grayish, seafoam green) and have them in an L-shape facing and flanking the fireplace in our living room. They are gorgeous, and paired with a white leather Barcelona chair, extremely elegant-looking. They are also really comfortable--wide and deep; the perfect place to curl up with a book. We entertain frequently for business and with friends, and people comment on them all the time. My only concern is that the nap of the velvet is really vulnerable to damage; not terribly surprising, but disappointing. We'd had the sofas just a day or two and I noticed a sizable scrape on the end of the chaise. This is definitely NOT a sofa for casual use; no napping on it, or pets or small kids. (We have both, so I have designated the sofas as a special place to read books together, but not for lounging around with snacks.) I was ready for some seriously lovely furniture and a space of my own in our otherwise family-friendly home, so I'm okay with that. I love these pieces and look forward to incorporating them into my liviing space design for years to come.

We have a parlor on the left hand side when you walk in the front door, and I wanted to use that room as a reading room. I was looking for something super comfortable, yet stylish enough to be the very first thing someone sees when they come into the house. This sofa perfectly fit my needs!
