This is a great light. It is not cheap, but assuming it holds up for a number of years to come it will have been an excellent investment. It gives me the light I need in the spot I want without fuss and looks great doing it.

This lamp is stable, solid and sturdy. The light head is refreshingly large and so provides a very usable, pleasing pool of light. The two brightness settings are terrific.
My one issue - and it's a big one - is the price. The price is insanely high. I'm grumpy that I had to pay this much to find a lamp that does what is in fact a fairly simple, non-specialized set of things. But I did; couldn't find the performance anywhere else.
