Customer comments about Dean 105x105" Three-Piece Sectional:
This sofa is fantastic for a house with kids. It holds up to my daughter climbing all over it without looking like it has lost any shape. As soon as you get up from sitting the cushions return to their normal form and the sofa looks perfect. I am so happy and would highly recommend this sofa to anyone!

Customer comments about Dean 105x105" Three-Piece Sectional:
The size and shape of this sectional is pefect for our family room. I am delighted with the grey color and comfort (I strongly prefer firm seats). The only minor quirk is that the fabric shows seat or wear marks, so a furniture brush is needed. I looked at this sofa for over a year before I purchased and I could not be more thrilled. I am still debating on a cocktail (36" vs 42" round) and end table to pair with this purchase. Hope to pair with a Zinc chair later this year.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was perfect. The delivery team suggested an alternative placement of our sectional that really opens up the room.

Customer comments about Dean 105x105" Three-Piece Sectional:
We originally bought this couch to be placed in a family room/TV room. I think our struggle started with the identity crisis of our room. Because it is in a big open space that opens into the kitchen, we wanted a lot of seating to accommodate social spill over from the kitchen (which seems to always be where everyone ends up). The reason I rated the Dean so low was because it's really meant to be in a formal living room. It's firm cushions keep it looking beautiful and would be ideal for entertaining. But since what we needed was a comfortable lounger, Dean just didn't meet our needs. We actually ended up returning it. But it's really about finding the right space for this beautiful couch.

Customer comments about Dean 106" Sofa with Right-Arm Chaise:
I moved to Chicago in July 2011. I went to all of the other standard modern funiture stores (West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Bloomingdale's Home, Pottery Barn, and even IKEA) before deciding on Dean from Room & Board. When it comes to sofa, R&B beats out all of its rivals hands-down. There were so many other sofa models that I liked (including Luca), but I chose Dean because it would blend well with the light beige carpet and my existing medium-brown, bronze dining table set. Plus, the look of this fabric is one of elegance, and it fits nicely in my 850-square-feet, one-bedroom apartment.
I have had it for almost two months now, and I am still very satisfied. If I still live in Chicago next July (living in a rental), I will definitely consider upgrading my bedroom furniture to something from R&B. Possibly the Copenhagen.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was prompt, and the delivery guys were professional, courteous, and helpful. The entire experience definitely lived up to the expectations that other reviewers had set for me.
