I got the quartz composite in the 60x30/36x18 size. The slabs just lie on top of the frame. Desk is well-made. It was worth the wait, [...] I was informed that once you assemble the desk, you will only be able to use the desk return on the same side if you have to disassemble it for some reason to move it (something about the screw bumpers).
