Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 5'7"x7'10" Rug:
Our rug is under a Bond glass top table flanked by two Amos swivel chairs and a Luca sofa. It completes the grouping and feels good on the feet.
It does not shed or fray. Perhaps, for those concerns, the loops are a better choice than the shag.

Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 6'7"x9'10" Rug:
Got this in the ivory low loop to go in my bedroom, paired with the Monica bed in the khaki. The rug is so comfortable & the ivory color pops with the khaki color bed. So nice under my feet. I know I'll have this for years to come.

Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 8'2"x11'6" Rug:
We loved the look and feel of this rug in the store but when considering the cost, we realized that for the same price we could have a great kilim or some other sort of unique rug. We lived with the sample for a while and looked at many other rugs and took a chance. It's really good stuff! We like it alot and so does the dog!

Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 6'7"x9'10" Rug:
A well-crafted product that fits well into a lean Scandinavian influenced home. Also, most pleased with [@] assistance along the way. She offered good counsel but not in an overly directed way. Thank you.

Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 5'7"x7'10" Rug:
Really high quality wool rug. Warm, soft, great feeling on the feet, beautiful color and texture. Unfortunately it does shed a lot and there's no finished edge as with most rugs; it's simple cut from a larger roll it seems and the end loops come off. It's a high-end remnant carpet which I could have bought for less than 1/2 the price. $1000 for a 5x7, I would have expected just a bit more effort on the edging. Not much can be done about the shedding with a wool rug, but still not great. Can't say I would recommend given the givens, but it is a nice piece of carpet.

Customer comments about Arden Color Low Loop 6'7"x9'10" Rug:
I shopped for a very long time for the perfect rug for my den/office/kids playroom and this rug just hit the nail on the head. It is easy to keep clean b/c of the low pile but plush enough to lay around on with kids. I have the taupe color and it is a beautiful warm grey/brown that goes with everything but is not boring. I ordered a custom size, 11'6" x 7'6" It's the perfect solution for someone who wants a shag-like feeling without getting a messy, shedding, shag rug. Also love that its a natural fiber but really doesn't shed much at all. I'm now contemplating buying a 2nd smaller one for my daughter's room, the only negative is the price. Too bad R&B does not have sales!

Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 6'7"x9'10" Rug:
I put this rug in my living room in front of the couch with the coffee table sitting on it, and it really completes the room. The mocha color is gorgeous and it blends beautifully into my dark hardwood floors. It is very soft and comfortable to walk on barefoot. It doesn't shed. I totally love it and highly recommend it. It was worth every penny.

Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 5'7"x7'10" Rug:
I bought the low loop Arden rug in taupe to place in front of my new Hess sofa. (I purchased a custom size between the two largest sizes.) I considered the high shag but was concerned about keeping it clean and decided that the low loop would give me more decorating looks over time. I'm glad I made this choice. The low loop is a beauty and has a plush feel when walking across it in bare feet. Your feet don't leave tracks. The loops are packed densely enough that I'm not concerned that normal use of the rug will snag the loops. I'm been vacuuming it without the beater bar, and the rug looks great. By the way, the taupe color is a mixture of gray and brown. This baby will be with me for a long time.

Customer comments about Arden Natural Low Loop 5'7"x7'10" Rug:
In TV nook area in front of sofa with an ottoman placed on top. Wanted a thick pile rug that could take a rolling ottoman - it works well.
Service and delivery comments:
Having ordered a number of products recently, the delivery service is not as good as in-store service with fairly long waiting time for Marin and delivery people who are not the most pleasant, unlike the store staff. Also delivery date was changed by R&B due to routing problems or something similar. Perhaps this is an area for improvement.
