we have a smaller scale dining area, and these chairs are awesome. they tuck in under our table so all you see is the beautiful curved back peeking out. they're solid wood and not cushioned, so they're not the most comfortable chairs, but for what we use them for they work great. I do wish R&B had the option of custom seat cushions in any of their beautiful fabrics.

I love the look of these chairs... they aren't for everyone though! While very mid-century, I love the clean lines and paired the black ones with the Andover table in walnut. They have a a wide seat and are pretty comfortable for being a hard, wood chair. However, I have found that the finish scratches REALLY easily. It doesn't take much... the culprits in my house are denim rivets and my cat's back claws as he races by. I'm contemplating an exchange, even though I love them.

Beautiful design but flat finish is hard to keep looking good and scratches easily. I like that the chairs, back and all, fit neatly beneath table so the tabletop has a nice clean line. They are reasonably comfortable for an unpadded dining chair. The main reason we bought the chairs is the way they look.

Not only a beautiful design, but surprisingly comfortable. We originally bought one for a kitchen desk chair, but then added more to have as extra seating in our dining room. Very beautiful walnut grain. Very happy with this chair!

The proportions of this chair are quite nice, it's very comfortable and the back swings around just far enough to make a bit of an arm rest. The lines are clean and beautiful and the walnut is gorgeous. It's not too heavy and the feet don't scratch up the floor. A lovely chair.

We bought the chairs for extra seating when entertaining. When we don't have people over, they are in our bedroom. They are incredibly graceful looking, but unfortunately, they are not as comfortable as I had hoped. The seat of the chair is spacious and contoured enough. There is, however, little back support, which might make them ideal dining chairs as long as hours are not spent at the dining table.

Great service and delivery personnel. The shipment was delayed due to transport issues. We were updated regularly about the new estimate delivery time frame. One of the chairs was damaged. The delivery person immediately arranged for a new chair to be delivered. Top service!
