For a smaller sized condo, this table fits perfectly. The drop leaf is a dream when friends come over for a meal to easily accommodate additional people. I had eyed this table for months but found nothing else that would compare. Finally purchasing it was the best decision I made. Frankly, I was left wondering, why did I even wait?
