The chair was delivered while I was out and I was unable to inspect it. Previously purchases were assembled by t the delivery men. There are several pieces missing from the delivery making it impossible to assemble the chair. Your organization is making it very difficult to return the chair in exchange for one that is fully equipped and assemblable.

I ordered these chairs for my office conference table. Every time someone sits in one of them one or more of the wheels pop-off and breaks. Not even especially heavy people I must add! It has been so embarrassing and such a disappointment since I am a huge fan of most of the furniture at R and B and have furnished most of my home and my office with their stuff. Really disappointing!

I was excited to find a pretty, yet functional adjustable chair that wasn't black upholstery. It is easy to turn for the constant up and down to the ironing board and the hard surface doesn't grab threads like upholstered chairs do. It's the best chair I've ever purchased for crafting!

We purchased two Jake chairs about 5 years ago and they've held up well. We needed to replace one and fortunately the design was the same. HOWEVER, the chair arrived damaged (there were significant marks and scratches on the seat either from packing or during the manufacturing process). We then arranged for a replacement chair and it came with almost exactly the same damage. We needed the chair so took it at a discount. Clearly something is wrong with the manufacture/shipping process!!

Product arrived damaged (broken wheel). Replacement wheel arrived quickly, but the chair still did not roll. To its credit, R&B made arrangements to deliver a replacement chair that rolls much better. Not perfectly, but far better. This is the second of these chairs we have purchased for use in different locations. The level of quality seems to have deteriorated in the two or so years between purchases. But it remains a competent, economical choice for an occasional computer chair.

Service and delivery comments:

Superlative service. R&B took ownership of the problem(s) and made arrangements to solve the issues without any stress on us. Since we live in a relatively remote area where returning this product to a store would involve a 200+ mile round trip, R&B's efforts were totally appreciated. This level of service certainly makes it much more likely we will purchase more of R&B's products.

This is a function and beautiful chair. I have it in my kitchen at the computer desk/counter. The blue color is a perfect complement to my kitchen's wall color. The blue is as it appears online. Very well made. I did not give it 5 stars because the chair is not very comfortable, but it is functional and for the design I can't really see how it could be more comfortable. If I could I would have given 4.5 stars. If you like the design and color, do not hesitate to purchase it.
