Beautiful, comfortable leather chair that doesn't look like a recliner. I'm 5' and my husband is 5'8" and this chair fits us both without taking up too much space. Easy to order on line and great delivery service.

The recliner is very comfortable and operates well. It is good for reading and relaxing and the leather is very comfortable.

However, the leather has some discolorations that I don't like. There are 3 small dark spots which remind me of cigarette burns, and large (7 inches long) dark thin lines. There were also some very small pieces of stuffing coming out from the seams.

Overall I think it is a good chair, but was expecting a better experience for the price.

Delivery was prompt, and the team was polite.

However, they chipped some paint from the door frame when entering.

Also, they forgot to close the front door when they left so anyone could have entered the townhouse.

Room & Board is a wonderful store, I just wish we had one in the Dallas area! We custom covered the chair in a grey fabric and applied a custom leg finish. I love the color, but my husband wishes we would have proceeded with the leather (I'm very happy with the chair fabric, but another leather wasn't going to jive with the adjacent brown leather sofa). The fabric wears great (so far)--my (2) large dogs enjoy lounging in it almost everyday. The chair is very comfortable, but more comfortable with a lumbar pillow. It isn't cushy, but rather firm which will probably be good for longevity. I recommend this product, except be warned that it may have a domino effect--once you upgrade your chair, you may want to upgrade your other furniture pieces--I'm itching for a new sofa now!

We had a traditional leather chair with was very soft and caused our back to hurt after we sat in it for awhile. This chair offers the support we needed.

Very comfortable. Easy to operate, no lever or button. Stealth recliner, most people don't realize it reclines, and when they do, they say "Ahhhh"

Bought this chair at the annual floor sale so got a great deal. This chair is a tall, which is good for me cuz I'm tall and this chair fits me and is very comfortable. I say the fabric is both comfortable and uncomfortable because the leather is butter smooth but durable, very supple and also easy to clean, but bad only because when I sit in it without a shirt I stick to it and kind of have to peel myself out of it. But this is a very small complaint and it is not really a criticism, just wear a shirt.

I have a neck injury and wanted a chair that would not stress my neck. This recliner is the perfect solution for me. I can recline at the first postion (it reclines almost flat as well), lean my head against the tall back cushion, and still be able to watch TV, prop a book on a cushion and read, or just sit and relax. Everyone who had visited has said it is a VERY comfortable chair. I had this custom made in the 'Bison' leather and it looks fantastic, too!
