Meh.....not great. I love the design and appreciate the overall quality....BUT the dimmer....pretty lame. It's on the cord itself, is bulky, and looks like something developed in a High School electronics lab (I say that because I made one myself when I was in 9th grade). Out of the box - our dimmer had a short in it that sparked when operated. Granted - this experience is probably an anomaly and not a 'standard,' but the design itself seems to have been a shortcut that was taken - just not what we expected from RnB; we returned it.

The first lamp that we purchased was damaged upon opening but store was very accomodating on exchanging and immediately replaced. All in all we're very pleased. The lamp compliments other furniture that we've purchased at Room & Board.
