Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
Pros: the curved back is excellent for leaning against if you like reading in bed. Aesthetically pleasing, very solid, and does a great job of holding your mattess off the ground.
Cons: the bars to hold up the mattress seemed too narrow and too widely placed. I put wooden boards on top of them so my mattress wouldn't sag between them. My queen-size bed in this style is just the right size for the mattress, going on small, while my double is 1-2 inches too big for the mattress. In the case of the latter, you can rest your feet on the bed frame, but the angle iron it is made of isn't the most comrofortable. However, all these 'cons' are pretty minor, and more than outweighed by the 'pros.'

Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
Great, simple style that is really well built. Very solid construction, heavy gauge steel. A bit more difficult to tuck in a top sheet than with a boxspring, but this is a very minor issue. It looks great.
Service and delivery comments:
I live in a Co-op in Manhattan. The delivery men showed up right when they said they would and set the bed up one, two, three. Very courteous, clean, efficient. This is my second purchase with R&B and I have been very satisfied. A great company that supports manufacturing here in the US, too.

Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
This bed frame is perfect for the small master bedroom in my bungalow. The bed goes under a window and the simplistic frame is perfect. I spent quite some time trying to find a frame that would fit in the space and this one is wonderful.

Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
We have 3 of these beds now, and they are the right height, clean lines, black shows off the wall color. These beds don't move when either of us shifts during the night. They are solid and also mix with other designs besides minimalist, which we like.

Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
After years of tolerating a squeaky frame and cheapo mattress that I purchased on a poor grad student budget, it was time for an upgrade! I splurged on the Webster Bed with a R&B mattress (Encased Coil). The bed is rock solid, and I am pretty sure it is going to outlast me. Fortunately, the simple style is timeless, so I don't think it will look dated as it sticks around. I especially like the angle of the headboard, which is great for reading in bed. I was mildy concerned that I would keep walking into the foot of the bed--I have a knack for doing this--but that actually hasn't been a problem at all. With the platform board, mattress, and bedding, it's still been just the right height to go with the furniture I already had, but ask your salesperson for help if you're not sure about the math. I did!
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery staff was great, though I wish I'd been notified about the delivery window a little earlier. They also arrived a few minutes before my delivery window, but fortunately I was already home.

Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
The Brackets on the headboard and footboard in which the sideboards insert were not finished in the color of the bed but were left as bare steel with a little bit of the Black finish the bed came in. It looks very unprofessional.
I went back to the store to see the bed on the floor and it is finished the same way. Very poor workmanship. It is visible when looking at the bed from the side.
I also purchased custom drapes and when they arrived and I attempted to put them up, I found the drapery rods were made about an inch longer than specified and would not fit between the walls. The drapery rod had 69 snaps for the drapery to hang from and there were 72 snaps on the drapery so I have about 12 inchs more drapery that has nothing to hang from. I am working with the service department to get these things fixed on the drapery. Again it was bad attention to detail .

Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
My wife and I are both over 6'3, so we purchased the traditional king-size bed with the additional bunky boards to help support our temperpedic mattress without a box spring. We could not be happier with the sturdy feel and simple styling of the Webster style bed.
Service and delivery comments:

Customer comments about Webster Queen Bed:
This bed is perfect! Sleek, stylish, looks fabulous with the Linear dressers & nightstand. It assembles easily. Excellent quality for a great price. I did order the mattress board to make it easier to tuck in the covers and to prevent the bedding from hanging through the slats below. I had a 16" deep Euro-pillow mattress and found that it was way too tall for this bed. Am replacing that mattress with a R&B mattress.
