Delivery Centers Careers
The Warehouse Associate role is responsible for several product transfer functions within our Distribution Centers. This role is located in either Rogers, MN or Lincolnton, NC.
Warehouse Associates are responsible for off-loading product from semi-trailers and ensuring its proper placement in the warehouse. They use sophisticated equipment such as wire-guided order pickers and pallet jacks to complete their work. They also pull product for transfer to our Delivery Centers. Their actions are closely tied to inventory integrity and they enjoy being accountable for a seamless process.
Our Warehouse Associates also manage damaged or otherwise unsalable product to determine if it should be returned to our vendor or sent to our Outlet. They build relationships with our vendors as well as our Outlet team to ensure all products are expedited properly.
Warehouse Associates in our Rogers, MN facility also manage a high volume of UPS shipments to customers who purchase smaller items on our website.
To be successful in this role, Warehouse Associates must take pride in the accurate and timely transfer of product, as well as play a valuable part in the organization and cleanliness of their facility. They are self-driven with a professional work ethic and enjoy being active during the day. They work a Monday through Friday schedule, beginning their workday earlier in the mornings.
Due to the physical nature of this role, Warehouse Associates must be able to lift 65 pounds. Candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment physical to ensure they can meet the physical demands of the role.
