Our Customer Support Associates educate the customer about the nuances of the delivery process and anticipate any obstacles and challenges. They may also manage final payment.
For customers who make their purchase from our website, the Customer Support Associate may be the first personal interaction a customer has with Room & Board. We hire individuals from varied customer service and administrative backgrounds for this role. Their common attribute is a pleasant and professional demeanor and a passion to serve the customer.
Room & Board stands behind its entire product line. Our Customer Support Associates work in partnership with both retail and delivery team members to uphold this commitment. They trouble-shoot and schedule product repair visits and communicate the service process to our customers as a viable solution to resolve a product quality issue.
To be successful in this role, Customer Support Associates must be natural relationship builders and have strong problem-solving skills. Our Customer Support Associates have good attention to detail, enjoy administrative tasks and have exceptional follow-up skills. They are confident decision-makers and adeptly use technology to improve efficiency.
To serve our customer, Customer Support Associates work a varied schedule including early evening hours and some Saturdays.
