What does beauty mean to you?<\/h3>\n

I think beauty is something that you feel that radiates from within. Self confidence is beauty to me.<\/p>\n

Both you and your sisters have made your marks in the beauty industry, but have branched out into other creative endeavors. What’s the next thing you dream of doing?<\/h3>\n

I have always had a crush on interiors! I am a very visual person and love how design and beauty merge into interiors. I don’t have one specific dream about projects I want to do but I really like to keep an open mind when it comes to collaborations. For now, I am having a lot of fun working on my beauty bags and would love to further explore that project. (While still peeping into peoples houses to see how they decorate).<\/p>\n

What keeps you creatively motivated?<\/h3>\n

Traveling! I love to travel and I get really inspired from seeing different places. Museum hopping, Pinterest<\/a> diving, watching period pieces (my favorite), reading, walking in NYC and art books also inspire me.<\/p>\n

Who inspires you at the moment?<\/h3>\n

Hillary Kerr from Who What Wear.<\/p>\n

How do you maintain balance between personal and professional life, when your colleagues are also your family?<\/h3>\n

Well, I have a family of my own at home, so for me the line is a little more clear. Although I do end up spending a lot of time with my sisters outside of work and we often share a lot of the same friends. We can all usually tell if we need a little space from each other.<\/p>\n

How does your personal style influence the way you live at home?<\/h3>\n

It’s so hard to talk about your own personal style. I often feel like someone who knows you is much more qualified to answer that because they are seeing it from the outside. I often wonder how people would describe it. If I had to describe myself I would say classic with a tinge of fun. I know I like to rearrange the furniture in my house often. Must be the Gemini in me.<\/p>\n

What are the three beauty products you can\u2019t live without?<\/h3>\n

A beauty blender, a good concealer and lip balm.<\/p>\n

What do you find most fulfilling about your work?<\/h3>\n

There are so many perks to my job (traveling, great hours, working for yourself, free makeup, meeting amazing people,) but when it comes down to it, I just really love putting makeup on people!!<\/p>\n

What are some of the challenges that come with your work?<\/h3>\n

Always having to cart a big kit around, working with a different team often, cleaning brushes.<\/p>\n

What do you love most about living in LA?<\/h3>\n

What I really love most is that my family lives here. If my family wasn’t here I am not sure how long I would make it.<\/p>\n
