How We Take Care of You

  • Medical and dental insurance. We pay up to 80% of the premiums to keep your costs reasonable, plus we make a contribution to your Health Savings Account.
  • Vacation. Eight paid holidays and three weeks of vacation each year. Vacation increases to four weeks after five years and five weeks after ten years.
  • Love is love. Domestic partners are eligible for medical and dental coverage.
  • Personal time. Flexibility with paid time away from work when you need it.
  • Parental leave. Caregivers receive four weeks of paid leave. Birth mothers receive an additional six to eight weeks of disability leave.
