Our Hiring Process

We’ve designed our online application to be fast and easy for you. Once you apply, we know you’ll be eager to hear from us. We’ll be in touch within 15 days to let you know if you’re moving ahead in the interview process or not.

Step 1

After you apply online, we may call to introduce ourselves. If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to interview by phone.

Step 2

If you continue through the process, we’ll invite you onsite to interview with a hiring team.

Step 3

If you receive and accept an offer, we’ll start the pre-employment and onboarding process.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time should I allow to fill out the application?

Allow up to 15 minutes to fill out our online application. You’ll likely spend the most time on a few open-ended questions. You don’t need to complete the application in one session. Our system allows you to save your work and come back to complete the process.

How will I know if my application has been received?

Within 24 hours of submitting your online application, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your junk mail and approve us as a sender so you’ll receive any future emails. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us at

Can I mail my resume or drop it off in person?

We require you to complete the online application process to make sure we have all of the information we need to consider you for a position. Mailing or dropping off your resume doesn’t increase your chances of getting hired, but a thoughtful online application does.

I’m having technical problems. What should I do?

Please accept our apologies if you’re having any technical difficulty using our site. This technical support page provides assistance for common issues. If you don’t find a solution there, please email We’ll respond within two business days to help.

Should I include references or a cover letter with my application?

A cover letter, references or portfolio are not required to apply for a position, but you’re welcome to include them to help us get to know you.

Do I need to re-apply as new opportunities are posted?

Yes, please re-apply as new positions are posted, even if you’ve applied for the same or similar job in the past. When you log in to your account, your most recent application will be saved there for you to update and re-submit.

A job I saw on Monster or Indeed isn’t on your site. Is it filled?

If a position is no longer on our careers site, it has been filled. Unfortunately, job boards don’t always allow us to immediately remove an opening so in rare instances you may come across positions that are no longer available.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Go to Job Openings, then click to log in to your account. On the log-in page, click the link to reset your password.

How will I know if I’m still being considered for a position?

You will hear from us within 15 days whether you’re being considered for a position or not. If we don’t think your background and experiences are a good fit, you’ll receive an email letting you know. If you are being considered for a position, we’ll call you to start the interview process. If it’s been more than 15 days since you applied, please email us at

How do I update my profile information or resume?

You can update your profile by going to the Job Openings section of our site. Log in to update your information or attach a new resume.

Can I be notified when a job becomes available in my area?

Yes. Go to the Job Openings page, then use the Locations field to search for positions in your area. Under the search results, use the Job Search Agent Options to be notified when new positions become available that match your location criteria.

What is the hiring process?

After you apply online, we may call to introduce ourselves. If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to interview by phone. If you continue through the process, we’ll invite you onsite to interview with a hiring team. If you receive and accept an offer, we’d start the pre-employment screening process, which includes a criminal background check. For physically active roles like furniture delivery, the screening process also includes a physical, lift test and drug test. We will contact you within 15 days of applying to either start the interview process or let you know you’re no longer being considered for a position.
