Returning furniture and home decor

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand it can take a few days to a few weeks to know if your new items will work for you. We encourage you to return or exchange items in a timely manner because damage or wear will result in an adjustment to your refund.

In case of damage

If an item is unsatisfactory we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement or an exchange.

Free return delivery

We don't charge a delivery fee for returns or exchanges within the 48 contiguous states. However, original delivery charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Credit card or gift card orders will receive a credit; orders paid by check or cash will receive a refund check. Please know that if you purchase items in a store without using your Room & Board account, a receipt will be required for returns.

Custom product policy

A non-refundable fee of 30% applies to Custom products that are changed, canceled or returned. Full refunds on Custom products are only given if the Custom product order is canceled within 48 hours of being placed or in the rare case of defects in materials or workmanship.

Mattress returns

We provide a 120-night sleep trial for our mattresses. Mattress returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 120 days except in the rare case of defects in materials or workmanship.

For furniture and large home decor items, we will schedule a free return In-Home Delivery with you. Contact us to request an in-home return or exchange.

For UPS items, a return form and pre-paid UPS return label are included with your shipment. Please fill out the form and include it inside the return package. Then attach the return label to the outside of your package and find your nearest UPS drop off location.
