What can I expect from In-home Delivery?
Our Delivery Associates will bring your furniture into your home, assemble it and remove all the packaging. Want us to remove our shoes? No problem. It's our pleasure to treat your home with absolute care and respect.
When can I schedule delivery?
Depending on where you live and your itemís availability, you may be able to select your In-home Delivery date online during the checkout process. If this option is not available in your area and all of your items are in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday) to schedule your delivery. If some items are currently out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday) of your items arriving in our warehouse. Please note that delivery windows are scheduled for each route to create the greatest efficiency and lowest environmental impact. Therefore, we are not able to pre-assign specific delivery windows. Will everything in my order be delivered together?

From pillows to picture frames, you can get most of our small accessories and lighting delivered anywhere in the contiguous United States via UPS Ground for free.

$25 UPS Oversize Shipping on Large Accessories or Small Furniture

Get a single item, like a rug (5x7 and under), large framed art or a small accent table delivered via UPS Ground for $25. Oversize items can be included with any In-home Delivery at no extra charge, so all your items will arrive together.

When will my order arrive?
Items ship as they become available. Allow up to five business days for UPS Ground.
Can I track my order?
We will provide you a tracking number via e-mail for all UPS orders once your order ships. You can also locate your tracking number by going to My Account > Order History.
Can I request faster shipping for some items?
You may choose UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air for faster shipping.
Will items arrive assembled?
Items delivered via UPS may require assembly.
How do I return an item?
Call us at 800.301.9720. We will work with you to set up a return shipment or e-mail you a UPS return label. Save your original UPS packaging. Once you receive your label, take it to a UPS store or call UPS for pick up. All credits/refunds are given after we receive your returned product. Please note: Because Custom Window Treatments are made to the exact measurements of your windows, they cannot be returned.

FedEx Shipping

Our Custom Window Treatments ship for free via FedEx. Oversize items ship via FedEx freight and require a signature for delivery.
