The shelf is sleek, but the mustard color makes it pop. Love it. I found installation simple with the fasteners provided and a power drill. Very Sturdy.

Exactly depth I was looking for to place objects
Comments about Trace 36w 9d 3.5h Shelf
Deeper shelves vs just picture ledges. Good for combination of objects and pictures. Love these. Natural and modern look with natural steel / graphite that coordinates with other R&B furniture.

Lovely warm color shelving
Comments about Trace 36w 9d 3.5h Shelf
These shelves look lovely with a gauntlet grey painted wall behind. I am putting a small flower vase on the long one to extend up past the shorter shelf. On the other shelves I'm placing a few pictures and next to the shelves, a wall lamp.

Large Shelves
Comments about Trace 36w 9d 3.5h Shelf
I have used powder-coated steel shelving from other sources that are much sturdier than this particular brand. It is not able to hold a full shelf of books. Admittedly, I did see the 20lb capacity listed in the item description before purchasing so I was warned. Not very useful to have such a large shelf that cannot hold much weight.

large shelf
Comments about Trace 36w 9d 3.5h Shelf
too large and awkward above counter but terrific as high shelf. Limited capacity of 20lbs causes inconvenient limitations in terms of books

We recently put up 4 of these shelves in our office. They are strong, easy to install, and look great. I am really happy with them. #sweepstakes

Sleek and modern shelf
Comments about Trace 36w 9d 3.5h Shelf
This shelf is a great addition to our dining room for a clock and some small trinkets. However, we have plaster walls which made hanging the shelf a little tricky. The unit comes with hanging hardware which is great and would be very easy to install if we had drywall. #sweepstakes

We staggered these shelves (3) above my sons custom built in walnut desk with metal legs to display photos, carry books etc. The shelves a very sturdy, easy to install, and fit in with the walnut and black steel look of room.
