  We work directly with our manufacturing partners to create our designs in a way that offers the highest possible quality for the lowest possible price. We’re not the cheapest, but we hope you’ll find we offer the best value for what you receive in quality and service.

• No sales

  We don’t inflate our prices to allow for big discounts when we want to boost our bottom line. We think keeping our mark-up low and our prices steady is the most respectful to you. Furniture is a big investment and we think you deserve fair and consistent pricing while you shop.

• Prices change in January and June

  We update our prices every January and June. In 2026, prices will change on January 6 and June 23. In between? We guarantee our prices will stay the same. This means you can purchase without pressure, trusting we won’t surprise you with a price increase or unexpected sale. If you have a question about pricing, we invite you to contact us.

Ways to Save: Clearance, Every Last Yard Events and Our Outlets

Our current furniture and decor do not go on sale. However, we do have May and November clearance events for discontinued, last-chance items. We also have unique savings during our Every Last Yard event, which features seating in discontinued fabrics to help reduce textile waste across our manufacturers. If you’re looking for Room & Board deals, our outlets in Minneapolis, MN, and Oak Brook, IL, offer returned or slightly imperfect items at a discount.

Licensed Products

We carry a small number of authentic, licensed items from Humanscale and Heller. If those companies run a sale, we match the sale price on our website during their promotional period. No promo code needed.
