Feather bed Mattress Topper

This is our second Room and Board Feather Bed. First one lasted 12 years, but time for a new one. Great product. A bit disappointed in the removable cover which is made in China and the material is a bit "crunchy". It is cotton and somewhat better after a couple of washings. But the feather bed itself is so good that we're overlooking that issue.

Super soft and puffy. Comes with a case so i haven't felt any feathers poking through. I have told everyone to buy one. It's great.

This feather pillow topper bed cover is AMAZING! It's like sleeping on a cloud!!! We don't want to get out of bed in the morning and choose to have coffee every morning enjoying the comforts of it. We have purchased 3 of them and recommended to friends who love it just as much as we do. It is worth the money especially if you don't love your mattress. Our bed is not better than ANY high-end hotel bed. We love it!

Great featherbed to make a hard mattress soft. I "fluff" if up every time I change sheets to keep it puffed up. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that for some reason this full size featherbed feels somewhat less stuffed than the queen size and twin size ones that I bought from R+B (same item) many years ago. I highly recommend this item. Sleeps like a dream.

This is the second mattress topper I bought. The first one was for a sofa bed with a fairly firm mattress in my townhouse.. Now I am building a bigger house and will use the second one for a memory foam mattress I am resurrecting from storage. So far - my guests are complimenting this topper as "super comfortable"

I don't recommend this featherbed. I had ordered the hypoallergenic version but found it a bit warm (b/c I'm a hot sleeper), so I returned it to buy this, thinking this expensive featherbed would be more breathable and equal quality. I was wrong! I'm re-ordering the hypoallergenic version, which was FAR superior! This is more than double the price, but it doesn't even come with a cover (the other one did). Moreover, it has a really unpleasant scent, like a dirty barn, which tells me the down isn't the quality I'm looking for. To top it off, it was about as thick as a down comforter. I'm 5'5 & 125 & it gave me zero cushion. I didn't even bother sleeping on it. Did I get a defective version?! No idea, but it's put me off of R&B down, that's for sure. I find the rest of their bedding to be great quality, but this was a miss, for sure. Thank you R&B for the great return policy! That's why I gave 2 stars.

I've waited about 3 months to do my review. I read other reviews of feathers poking through, but I have not had a single feather poke me yet. I fluff my featherbed every other day and so far it's keeping its shape. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Wow, this feather bed is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. It is like sleeping on a cloud. Just fluff it every few days and it is like new. It does not sleep hot or shift around. It fits my king size bed perfectly. Get one.
