Feather bed Mattress Topper

I purchased this feather bed for my guest bedroom in anticipation of my recent college graduate niece visiting. The next morning she exclaimed, and went on and on about how comfortable and heavenly the bed was. Great product. Fits the mattress perfectly.

My husband and I had been on the hunt for a pillow top cover for years. After wasting hundreds of dollars on others, we found the R&B pillow top and decided to give it a try. We have been purchasing items from R&B for decades so we knew the product would be high quality and last. Other pillow tops bunch up after just several months of use and it is impossible to get them back to their original condition. But this R&B pillow top is a literal dream. Doesn't move or ball up, is comfortable and supportive and isn't too hot! Will be buying for our guest room bedrooms as well! Thank you R&B for the perfect night sleep - every night! #roomandboard #pillowtop #sleep #sweepstakes

This certainly softened our hard mattress but not as much as I'd hoped it would. Feathers poke through frequently and really hurt! The feathers also bunch up in the middle of the bed after a few nights of sleeping on it so the sides we're sleeping on get flatter and flatter and the middle gets pouffier.

I use this on my Casper mattress that's a few years old. I'd been tossing and turning and waking up sore for months. Turns out I'm not a fan of firm mattresses. This is an excellent alternative to purchasing a new mattress, or freshening up an old one. It provides cozy loft for a great night's sleep. I'm even sleeping through the night now! The only con is the feather quills are a bit poky. I put a percale sheet on top of the topper and cover under earth my fitted sheet as a guard of sorts. It's not perfect but it works.

I bought this feather bed at Room and Board because of back/shoulder acute pain, and for ethical reasons. Hesitated a great deal to buy feather product, because of ducks being killed for my sake. Found out that R&B is one of the rare American sellers that can guarantee US sourced feathers, and hence protection against animal cruelty, unlike Euro and China products that are not legislated. After reading reviews I got worried about fit and I bought a King size for my Queen bed, but the Queen would have been a good fit. I ended up buying a queen size anti-allergy cover, which keeps the feather bed in place and protects from prickly feathers (yes, the feather bed with mostly feathers is somewhat prickly, but did not want baby duvet). Added a duvet cover in guise of sheet, et voila. I have serious back and shoulder issues. Been suffering for a while despite very S&F mattress, and Tempur mattress topper. Thought I would try a featherbed on top of topper before buying new mattress. First few days did not seem to help... But a few days later... Shoulder pain disappeared... Been over 1 week that I am pain free. Wonderful. Husband enjoys it too, and to my surprise, (based on reviews) doesn't get hot at night. Highly recommend.

I bought a medium firm Room and Board mattress about five or six years ago, and now it seems too firm and I wake up stiff. I thought that before I invested in a new mattress, I would try the feather bed. It did the trick!! I sleep much more comfortably and do not wake up stiff any more. Since I've only used it in the winter, I have to see how comfortable it is when the weather gets hotter.

Product would be prefect if larger

If it didn't shrink the usable area of my mattress it would be an utterly perfect addition!

The best feather bed topper we've ever purchased. We've bought direct from hotels before, but could never find the right one. Especially for a king size bed. We LOVE this topper. Amazing.
