Arro

The piece looks great, but the quality is really bad. The drawers pull out wobbly and sticky because the carpentry and material quality is not rigid and solid.

Beautifully made and very spacious… the perfect addition to our master bedroom! Will be ordering a second one in a smaller size for another room!

After scouring the internet for a dresser that is taller than normal (I wanted maximum storage), this was the one I landed on. I also really wanted no gaps under the dresser because I hate dusting under furniture. This checked a lot of boxes for me. Upon delivery it's quite nice in person, with the walnut tone being fairly true to the photos. The soft close drawers are nice, but they have several issues: the drawers don't open as far as I'd like (probably due to the mechanism itself), and I have to slam the doors close in order to get them to close all the way, otherwise they stick out a bit. I haven't found a way around that yet. It's annoying to have to either slam them shut or push them in after I close them. My other issue is that there is a surprising lack of storage capacity given how large this unit is (I bought the largest one). Seems like my old IKEA Malm actually held almost as much. These drawers are relatively short height wise. Obviously I bought this from the internet in a giant leap of faith so I had no idea what to expect, but I think if I saw this in person I'd have declined.

It's beautiful! It provided all the space we needed.

nice looking from distance, but one of the drawers doesn't close completely.

I purchased the 72" wide white maple arrow six drawer dresser. Pros: After multiple days of searching the web for the perfect dresser, the Arro was exactly what I was looking for. This was my first time ordering from Room & Board, the delivery and customer service was excellent. Upon delivery I inspected the dresser and appreciated the quality craftsmanship of the piece! I also purchased the matching nightstands (26") with a ceramic top and they're excellent. Cons: A few weeks after delivery, with the dresser standing empty as I haven't moved in yet, I noticed one of the top drawer wouldn't stay closed. I didn't understand how this could've happened if no one has been touching or using the shelves. Customer service was very understanding and sent someone in to fix it about 2-3 weeks later. Then I realized (as pictured below) the dresser began to bow in the center of the dresser, and the area where the delivery crew put the felt pads on the corners was slightly elevated and the middle had no support. As a result, the dresser was out of level, which appears to be why the drawer are not as smooth to open & close, and one of them was staying open. This also caused the corner of the dresser to start split :( Very disappointing for such a beautiful piece.

I purchased this dresser in walnut, expecting the "rich brown" color detailed in both the product description and photos, hoping it would match my walnut bed frame. It does not and is very much grey.

Love the design!
