We are very happy with our new bar stools. We bought 2. Room and Board did a very good job upholstering the barstools in the same fabric that we chose for our dining side chairs. We appreciated the sales people were friendly and not pushy. The barstools work perfectly for our setting and are of good quality. #sweepstakes

Exceptional craftsmanship. It has a timeless elegant design. Very comfortable, able to spend many hours sitting in this chair. Would buy again

I have very high quality standards in addition to looks and it took me a long time to find these stools but they are gorgeous. Solid hardwood not "rubberwood" like competitors. They are a piece of art and beautifully constructed. They will definitely last a long time. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Look perfect in my space.

We love our chairs. Fabric is perfect, design is excellent, they look beautiful in our new kitchen!

I am sitting on the stool as I write this and I am so happy with these stools. I have bought a number of cheaper stools from various other place sand they are usually really uncomfortable or fall apart after a few years and I believe that these will list. Super comfy, look great.

I love these chairs. They are a life changer. I swapped out oak stools with no backs and no cushion for these and what a difference!

I think this is very well made. I had planned on ordering the walnut and wish I had. The black stool I thought would be black stained but its more of a solid coated black. I worry about how this will wear around pets. Stain can be touched up, but the satiny finish is not what I expected based on the website product images.

Just OK. The seat portion has a plastic liner under the cloth and between the foam that makes noise when you move. And the maple used is NOT North American so you'll notice that difference. With a dozen or more maple species around the world this may be a maple chair but not what you'd expect. At this price point a disappointment for sure.

Recently expanded our small kitchen and small dining room into one medium-sized room with new granite countertops. Purchased three of these shaker-style stools & they fit great, are comfortable, and match our purchase of the Adams 60w 36d Extension Table perfectly.

Great counter stool
