We bought these stools for our breakfast bar and they're perfect. I'd read reviews that they were too short for some people, but our 2 and 4 year old kids sit on them with no problem, and they're much smaller than an adult! Our counters are about 35.25" from floor to the top of the counter. I think the people who complain about the height may be confusing bar stools with counter stools (which are typically 25" tall). The chairs are sleek-looking, well-made, and easy to move. Glad I made the purchase! #sweepstakes

Unfortunately I didn't check the height on this stool since it was counter height. It's short. I wish I could return it. Not only is it short, the diameter of the dowels in the crossbars is small, and won't survive the test of time…overpriced

These are attractive and well made. They are narrow and lightweight- great for small spaces. But I wish they were an inch or two higher. Their low height makes them look short and less classy.

These stools are simple yet elegant. Comfortable and beautiful crafted.

I bought these stools in cherry 15 years ago and loved them. Recently I decided to replace them with walnut because I needed a darker color to go with a new kitchen design. However when I went to pick them up they were much lighter than the walnut shown online and in stores. Apparently R&B started using a water based stain recently with much different results. The rep said the stools "should" darken as they age but I'm not risking it. Returned.

Stool are super lightweight, making it easy to move around. Apart from the simplicity and beauty of the white oak furniture that matches our rift white oak floor and kitchen cabinetry, these stools are the most comfortable stools I have sat on. Guests have commented about the comfort within minute of sitting on them.

I have looked for a quality, non loosening stool for years- the scoop seat is fabulous and the construction is tight.

Stool took some time to arrive but was worth the wait. Wood is beautiful, light but sturdy.

Well made tractor style stool. Light and comfortable. Pulled my kitchen remodel together seamlessly.

These look very nice in our kitchen. Simple and modern at the same time.
