We downsized to an apartment, and decided to replace our old and well-used pizza peel with something that would look better with our cutting boards. Little did we know it would also be so much more functional!! We love it!! Just a note: we needed to wash it a few times in the dishwasher (I think 3?) before the odor it came with went away.
