As a designer, I love how seamlessly the Amherst integrates refrigeration into a beautiful piece of furniture—it feels more like a custom built-in than an appliance. The clean lines, quality craftsmanship, and generous storage make it especially versatile for entertaining spaces, kitchens, or secondary beverage stations. A sophisticated, thoughtfully designed piece that elevates the everyday.

The cabinet is beautiful. I highly recommend this cabinet and company.

We love the Amherst cabinet, not only for the beauty of it but for the function. I love to use it to store bar glasses, dishes etc and I use it as a buffet or bar when we entertain. We purchased the Amherst for our previous home and when we had to move the buyers of our former home wrote the Amherst into their contract as they too loved it. So when we relocated and moved into our new home, we repurchased the Amherst as I missed having the beauty and functionality of the piece and the beverage fridge.

Great design on R&B storage cabinet, however, True Residential wine fridge leads MUCH to be desired. 1) Louder than my full size kitchen fridge 2) wine drawers scratch wine fridge door glass 3) wine drawers have a supporting horizontal bar is in middle of drawer and is placed too close to allow flexibility in store soda cans securely in wine drawers Sadly there are almost no alternative built in wine fridge cabinets and at an almost $10k price tag you're expecting amazing quality. Room & Board is delivering on that, but their partner True Residental isn't and doesn't give flexibility for storage of both wine and non-wine beverages

I was excited to find a storage console with a built-in refrigerator, but we have had nothing but problems with the refrigerator and have had to waste a lot of time dealing with Room and Board and their external service company to try to get it repaired. After multiple visits by a technician, it still is not working almost 6 months later.

This thing is beautiful! While I think it's a bit expensive for what it is, there truly isn't anything like it available elsewhere. (I looked... a lot!) It's super well-built and very functional. I love it!

The unit is wonderfully designed. Unfortunately, after three different installation visits, it is my opinion that R&B does not have delivery drivers qualified to install the refrigerator that is part of this unit.

Highly reccomend. We were leaning towards doing semi custom cabinets for a bar/coffee bar, but happy we went this direction. Worth every penny.

The fridge is LOUD and runs constantly. I have reached out to customer service and received no response. This cabinet was very expensive and I waited MONTHS for it to arrive. I chose it because I was lead to believe the company offered great service and customer support. Sadly, that has turned out to be untrue.
