Laundry room organized
Comments about Copenhagen Custom 24w 16d 63h Three-Insert Cabinet
Although I do have shelves in the laundry room, I wanted something that had doors. This was what I needed and wanted. Looks great in our laundry room.

Utilitarian storage
Comments about Copenhagen Custom 24w 20d 44h Two-Insert Cabinet
We bought this because we live in a 100 year-old house with no closets. This is the perfect linen storage for us. The modern design allows it to not compete with some of the antiques we have.
Unfortunately, the hardware was poorly mounted. I had to spend a couple of hours adjusting the hinges and one of the closure magnets needed to be relocated as it was a half an inch away from the door when the door was closed. The tiny handles are problematic. I found two very nice handles to replace them at Restoration Hardware. The walnut finish is clean, but has the obvious look of laminate.
For the price and the fact that it's Room & Board, I was a little surprised at the sloppy craftsmanship.
The delivery team was very courteous and negotiated our narrow stairs quite well. I would give them five stars although I should've had him stay to adjust the hinges and move the closure magnets.

Nice, clean design
Comments about Copenhagen Custom 24w 20d 44h Two-Insert Cabinet
This is a nice, clean design. The finish looks more like a laminate than actual wood. The magnets were not placed correctly but were easy to adjust with a screwdriver. The magnets are super strong which makes it a challenge to open since the hardware is so smooth and small. I might replace them.
The delivery folks were very respectful and efficient. Well worth the fee. We have narrow stairs in a 100 year old house and it was no problem for them.

WOW what a compliment to my organizational needs
Comments about Copenhagen Custom 20w 20d 75h Three-Insert Cabinet
This is one of a number of pieces have have purchased from Room & Board over the pass several years and could not be more DELIGHTED! In fact I am already putting together my next order.
Superb! The delivery men had to get this heavy cabinet up a flight of stairs to my second floor and get it into an area that was a tight squeeze. They were so professional and did so without any damage whatsoever - simply remarkable!

POOR QUALITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Comments about Copenhagen Custom 70w 20d 25h Three-Insert Cabinet
We have made many Room & Board purchases over the years, but this was the first one that was a huge miss. There is a rough spot on the cabinet where it looks like the wood wasn't finished properly, and the doors are crooked. It looks absolutely terrible (and even worse in person).
We reached out to customer support and were told someone would come out to look at the doors (I think we just have to accept the unfinished wood???), and it has been almost two weeks and we haven't heard from anyone. This will absolutely be our last Room & Board purchase. The quality and customer support have both gone downhill tremendously. This is an absolute scam for this price point.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our service team will be in touch shortly to schedule an in-home appointment to address both the rough area and the spacing between the cabinet doors.

Beautiful cabinet, fits our office needs perfectly!
Comments about Copenhagen Custom 93w 24d 44h Eight-Insert Cabinet
The "build your own" design tool made it so easy to customize our cabinet. We were able to select not only the height, width and depth of the cabinet, plus the type of wood and all the cabinet components to fit our needs: drawers in different sizes for files and supplies, and cabinets with doors. And it was delivered a month before the planned due date.
It would be perfect except for two things: 1) you should be able to affix the hanging file rods more firmly in place. I have one section which is not completely filled with file folders, and when I open the drawer, one of the rods falls down into the drawer, and my files go with it. And 2) the little knobs to open the cabinet door are way too small, making it hard to get a good grip on them to open the cabinet.
Communication throughout the process was excellent. Delivery went smoothly, and the delivery personnel were professional, personable and efficient.

Disappointing - where's the QC?
Comments about Copenhagen Custom 70w 20d 25h Three-Insert Cabinet
We've purchased many large furniture pieces from Room & Board over the years, which is why this experience is especially disappointing. This is the first time we've been let down. The quality and craftsmanship is declining. There are visible imperfections in the wood (one is pictured), but even more concerning is the poor alignment of the doors. They are noticeably uneven and not level. It looks horrible & this should not have been allowed to leave the factory as is. The center lock between the doors also looks poorly installed and very unattractive. Overall, the piece feels rushed and lacking the quality control we used to trust from Room & Board. This will be our last purchase from them.
