While these might not be a "fancy" placemat, they are perfect for everyday. They're sturdy and have a really nice feel to them.

I purchased this Merge Placemat for a very strange purpose. It is under my keyboard to secure my keyboard on my desk. I picked the neutral color gray, since the is the color if surface and legs of my desk. It is very functional and I would also recommend it for a tabletop useage.

These placemats look great on my teak table and made me happy to have them when I had my designer friend over and she noticed how nice they were. They are lighter than the picture on the website, and I'm a bit nervous about them getting stained or otherwise messed up, but so far so good. If there were a darker shade I would have bought them. Wish they came in more colors. They can easily be used as a base for display of items. I especially like how thick they are and protective of whatever is under them. Slightly pricey but worth it!

The material used to create the placements is soft and luxurious, sturdy and the design is modern and versatile. They look fabulous on my Parsons table and can be used as traditional placemats or under artwork to protect furniture etc.

I paired these placemats with the Kula 54 x 15 table runner in grey/blue. Also purchased from Room and Board. Plus, colorful napkins.

It is good Quality, i wish it came in other colors.

I love the look of these placemats but I was very concerned with the members of my family dropping food on the and would they be hard to clean so I use them as a mat under my keyboard and lap top.
