Stunning over the dining table
Comments about Banded Pendants with Round Ceiling Plate - Set of Three
I have installed many fixtures, but because I wanted each pendant at a different length I asked for a professional to come and help me. It took about 2 hours but it was so worth it. The instructions were very detailed and easy to understand. My suggestion is that when you attach the fixture to the bracket remove the glass because it's very heavy to hold up with the glass on each pendant, which is something they don't suggest in the instructions. It looks amazing in the dining room. I have looked for a replacement for many years and when I saw this I knew it was THE ONE. Big seller for me is it's MADE IN AMERICA! It was in stock and I didn't have to wait months for it. Flawless workmanship!
In stock and shipped immediately! So rare these days! Thanks Room and Board! You always have the customer in mind!

Absolutely Beautiful!
Comments about Banded Globe Pendants with Round Ceiling Plate - Set of Three
Pendants are over the dining table in a small room with additional recessed lighting. They look great; however, they are ambient and not super bright. I love them and would recommend!
One pendant had a slight defect but customer service was excellent and the return was easy. Both original order and replacement were prompt!

Comments about Banded Mixed Pendants with Round Ceiling Plate - Set of Three
Love, love, love these pendents! It added style and personality to our rather plain bathroom. It looks beautiful hanging over the bathtub! The hand blown glass is beautiful.
It arrived in four boxes which was a bit strange but it was packed well and was in good condition.

Looks fantastic
Comments about Banded Mixed Pendants with Round Ceiling Plate - Set of Three
Love the way it looks.
We did receive a damaged piece - going to call about it tomorrow. Looks great, as I expected. I knew it wouldn't give off the awesome task lighting we had before, but we were ready to make a visual change and have other can lighting for tasks requiring greater light output. It is expensive, relative to other lights out there, but it definitely looks better quality than similar styles we were considering. It is perfect for our contemporary decor. It provides great for ambiance or a romantic setting, but not great if you are looking to do work under them. I only wish they had a rectangular piece with 5-7 mixed lights. That would've been perfect. We have an 60 x 80 large table. We are waiting on our backordered 3 globes at the end of the month to go over our counter seating area. I think it'll look fantastic all together.
Delivery prompt from order, though one box seemed to be dropped - a piece was broken, but another extra piece was in box we could use. Although one light not working likely because of the drop. I have no doubt it will be resolved right away. We've had great customer service from R&B in the past.

Beautiful Fixture, Missing Parts
Comments about Banded Mixed Pendants - Set of Three
Beautiful fixture, however when you order the 3-pendant version you don't get a package delivery, but rather the three individual pendants and then the large piece to connect them to.
Merchant Response
Thank you for sharing your experience. We will be in touch to follow up with you.
Unfortunately one of the three individual pendants was missing the piece that locks the wiring into the ceiling cap so that you can set the height. I phoned cust. svc. on a Saturday and they assured me the part would be over-nighted to me on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Instead it arrived the following Thursday, and much to my dismay, was completely the wrong part. I had to buy extra parts from Home Depot to install. The worst part is that I let customer service know about this and they haven't even done so much as to reply with an apology.
