Generally this is a pretty and good quality pendant. However, we used this in a bedroom and dropped it low so you could see the top of the pendant. The point where the canopy joins the glass of the lamp isn't very smooth/cleanly finished. So, it would look best if you could not see the top, in an application like a kitchen island pendant. It would be perfect for that. #sweepstakes

We bought three and it is clear from packaging that two were manufactured at the same time and the third was not. Since these are all hand-blown, they are not all the same. The one has an opening at the bottom that is 1/2 " smaller than the others. We have ordered a new one (but backordered until October) and hope that it matches the other two.

It's the perfect size and light output for my small home office. Elegant and modern. #sweepstakes

#sweeptakes I really wanted to like this; I did in the photo. Purchased for our renovation of a hall closet into a bar. It didn't wow me in person. I sent it back. Disappointed.

These are beautiful lights, we installed three of them over our kitchen island and we are quite happy with the look. They were pretty easy to install and the instructions were good. You might want to know the color of the blue glass is slightly different on one of the pendants. This might be normal for hand blown glass. We didn't care for the bulbs that came with the pendants because the light was kind of blah. By replacing them with daylight, 4000K tubular Edison bulbs, the glass shades are a brighter blue instead of a dull, yellow blue. The picture below shows the two pendants on the right with replacement bulbs and one on the left with the original bulb from R&B. #sweepstakes

The pendant lamp is elegant and simple in design. With each glass pendant hand-blown, the fixture is unique and avoids the 'factory' look so prevalent in lighting today. I chose the Gale Pendant for its straightforward architecture and while I am using it as lighting over the dining area, it could be equally used in the kitchen, and, if creative, in a study. Lights are LED and easy to install.

These are just gorgeous lights! We love that they are hand blown in Minneapolis. They are very elegant and simple. We are very happy with the purchase- worth the money! #sweepstakes

I wanted to like this, and wish an example (white glass cylinders) had been on display on the showroom floor before I made my purchase. Basically, the white glass was nice, but the canopy and cord were cheap and made the whole pendant look tacky. I would not have kept the pendants at any price because of the materials for the canopy and cord, but it seemed especially disappointing, given the price. All of this said, depending on the other items in your home, you might like these pendants.
