Cosma

I had been eyeing the Cosma light for a few years, but I hesitated because of the price. After seeing it in the Culver City store, I decided to order it, in polished nickel. The installation was straightforward. The chandelier weighs less than 20 pounds, and only 10 pounds without the globes. (The listed weight of 40 pounds on the R&B website refers to the package weight.) I do wish there had been instructions for mounting the neckless globes. The Cosma light completely transformed the dining area, and it looks great together with R&B table, chairs, and cabinet. The light is rather bright, so you'll want to have a dimmer switch. The online pictures of the light do not do it justice. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Expensive but beautiful. Use over dining table. A lot brighter then expected with so many bulbs. Recommend a dimmer. One more extension rod would be nice.

This light looks even better in person. When you walk around it and under it, it has this clean, perfectly spaced and sized, and high quality feel that you can't see in pictures. Absolutely love this light and couldn't be happier.

Great fixture with lots of light for a large space. Nice soft lighting.

This light fixture is beautiful. Installation is not complicated but requires two people, as the light must be screwed into the included receiving crossbar. The included bulbs are a warm white color temperature. The "chalk" color is barely a shade down from pure white, which has the effect of making the fixture look a pure uniform white when it's on. The pentagonal design always looks aligned with the room dimensions, however it ends up oriented. Looking forward to following Dutton Brown.
