While the design is fairly simple, there isn't many you find in this quality, size and style. The bottom of the pendant has another transculent fabric which prevents heat and direct light to overcast the table. The size was perfect for the space we needed. Overall a simple and very effective design. The only downside is the price of the pendant, which we found too high for the design. While it's obvious the quality is great, it isn't anything above and beyond. Highly recommend.
