Torsion

fan looks very nice sleek and modern and is extremely silent

The fan has exceeded our expectations in style and quality; no comparison to those fans from the big box stores! The installation was fairly easy, with one exception, and my handyman was able to customize the length of a longer down rod without trouble. For some reason the light cover did not seed properly upon attaching and broke in the process of trying to readjust it. I spoke with the company and they are sending out a replacement lens cover at no charge. Thanks to the expertise of our sales associate, Carlo in the SF store, we felt confident in choosing this fan from the website. We probably would not of chosen this particular model and color combination on our own, but we are so glad now that we followed Is good advise. It looks perfect in our space and will be enjoying it year around with the reversible settings.

Such a nice change from our floor fan! Beautiful and effective and so well made!

This fan has a really nice finish - it is not painted - it is brushed metal. So it looks great and it runs really smooth. It does not wobble at all. Comes with two rods. We actually cut the longer rod down a bit and used that one because the short one was too short. The only complaint is the control - it is kind of clunky and not as refined as the fan.
