Camber

I have been unable to use the lamp due to missing parts. Two weeks later, and I am still waiting despite assurances they would be shipped priority.

Now that we've had time to live with our lamp, we can say it has more than met our high expectations. Foremost, we love its elegant styling, adjustability, and high quality build. We had considered a few other similar choices from competing brands/stores, but this lamp had additional distinct features that were important to us: 1. Replaceable bulb (standard GU24 base), 2. a smooth, analogue dial (on its head) to control dimming, 3. made in the US (Vermont, specifically).

#sweepstakes This fit the bill for a very out-of-the-way task lamp next to a sofa. Pluses are that the flat bottom slides underneath the sofa, the light intensity and angle are adjustable. Minus is that the bulb socket is facing such that it is tricky to install the bulb.

Great lamp in many ways (style and construction) but light is a little harsh in my opinion. The bulb that comes with it plugs into it and the LED is a little cold. I wish there was a halogen or incandescent bulb I could use instead but the lamp is built only for the LED that it comes with.

Excellent floor lamp. Makes a statement through design and sensible scale instead of being overly dramatic like most floor lamps.

This lamp looks great and also gives ample light to read or knit by and adjusts easily.

it's a good lamp, seems solid and likely to last a long time. The light is bit intense if you look at it directly, but it's good for reading. Just need to move the head around to position it the way you like it.

#Sweepstakes The Camber really is great when focused bright light is essential. You'll enjoy not having to strain your eyes to see small things. It offers a nice 'accent' effect if you choose and the hanging ball-like design looks great when paired 2 or 3 in a room - feels like you have pleasant company!

#sweepstakes This is a well worthwhile investment in an artistically designed focused lamp that will light up your life.

This is the perfect lamp for reading with our chairs. I haven't decided on wi how treatments yet, so a floor lamp gave me the flexibility to extend drapery beyond the window (as opposed to doing a sconce). I also like that it's easier to maintain lighting when I re arrange the room, which happens every time I deep clean. Love it!'
