We bought two of the dressers as our nightstands, and while they are beautiful, I am disappointed in the fit and finish of the drawers, specifically the rails, and the fact that it's not soft close. I don't know if we noticed this while it was in store, but it just doesn't feel as nice as it showed for the price. Similarly the hardware feels a little cheap cheaper than it should. I'd say the wood quality, the stain, and the overall designs still look great.

After shopping around endlessly, I'm so glad I found this dresser! It is extremely solid, looks amazing, and is highly functional. Very pleased!

Very well made and as useful as it is beautiful regarding actual storage space.Heads up: these are by far the heaviest pieces of furniture we've ever tried to move so make sure you know exactly where you want it before it arrives and use furniture slider coasters under the legs when you first have the delivery people put it down. We are really pleased with the craftsmanship and service.

This dresser is timeless! It has a sleek line with beautiful hardwood giving a warm, welcoming feeling. The drawers are roomy. There is ample storage space. My chosen wood knobs compliment the piece perfectly.

I recently bought this to replace the dresser I bought for my son's room when he was little. This is a beautiful, solid piece of furniture. It is not only good looking, it is functional and has great, large drawers that will fit all his needs. We are so happy with this purchase and I am already working on choosing what my next Room and Board purchase will be. Delivery was great but the dresser itself leaves me wondering what ever happened to quality. A 17 inch deep drawer only opens 10 1/2 inches. You can not access things in the back very easy at all. Very disappointed. It needs longer drawer slides . What a waste of potentially good furniture I could never recommend this dresser ever.

I never regret a Room and Board purchase, and this was no exception. The drawers slide beautifully, the finish is timeless, and construction will last a lifetime...or more. Hopefully my kids and pets won't mess it up, but until then, I'll be admiring the Corwin dresser.

The color, finish and construction are nice. The dresser looks beautiful. Unfortunately, the drawers don't have the catch that helps them close, so you can't just push the drawer and have it shut, which is annoying. This is OK for a nightstand, but is something I notice every day on the dresser. If you push the drawers harder, they bounce back open, so you have to be very deliberate and complete to close them

This piece is exactly the quality I've come to expect from Room & Board. We love it!

We have an Emerson Bed in our guest bedroom and one in our primary, as well as a matching nightstand and dresser. We needed additional storage in our primary and the size of Corwin was a better fit for the space available. I expected that the color of the walnut might not match our existing furniture, which is fine. Disappointingly, however, Corwin has a finish that is very rough to the touch and I noticed an inconsistency in the stain. The drawers are difficult to open/close (unlike our Emerson drawers that glide easily). As noted in another review, the construction seems poor and I wish there was more solid wood and less veneer. Too bad! I'll be returning for an Emerson dresser or looking elsewhere.
